Subliminal FAQ: How To Listen, Stacking, Results and Ownership
Everything people ask before buying, and the things worth knowing after you have.
How to listen
What is the actual protocol?
One full listen, one to three times a day. Space the listens out rather than running them back to back. Take one rest day a week.
That's it. More isn't faster and it isn't better.
Why a full listen rather than dipping in?
Each title is built as a complete sequence that moves from one stage to the next. Half a listen gives you part of that sequence. Play it through.
Why space them out?
Repetition spread across a day does more than the same repetition stacked into one sitting. Morning, afternoon, evening beats three in a row.
Why a rest day?
Integration happens between listens, not only during them. A day off each week gives that room and keeps the whole thing sustainable over months rather than weeks.
Which version, music or silent?
Music during the day, silent overnight. Both are included with every title, and both carry the same complete recording.
How loud?
Comfortable, never loud. Turning it up does not make it work harder.
Headphones or speakers?
Headphones where practical, speakers where not. The overnight silent version works well through a small speaker beside the bed.
What if I fall asleep while it's playing?
That's ideal, and it's what the silent version is built for.
What the two versions actually sound like
The music version
Music, and underneath it a whisper layer you can faintly make out if you listen closely on headphones. There's also a silent layer beneath that, which you won't hear at all.
You're not meant to follow the whispers or try to decipher them. They're simply audible enough that you know something is running.
The silent version
Silence, as far as your conscious hearing is concerned. No music, no audible speech, nothing you can pick out.
It will keep sounding that way however far you turn it up. That's deliberate, not a fault, and turning the volume up achieves nothing except a louder room.
So how do I know the silent version isn't empty?
Fair question, and there's a straightforward answer.
Listen to the music version on headphones. The whisper layer under the music is the suggestion content, audible enough to confirm it's there. The silent version carries the same complete recording in a form your conscious hearing doesn't register.
Same content, same length, same uncompressed 24-bit WAV. Two ways of delivering one title, not a full version and a lesser one.
Then why bother with a silent version at all?
Because it runs all night without keeping you awake or disturbing anyone else in the room, and because you can have it playing during work, reading, or anything else where music would be in the way.
Stacking and running more than one
Can I run several titles together?
Yes, and they're built for it — but not immediately.
Run your first title alone for 14 days. That gives one identity a clean run and lets you see clearly what it's doing. After that, stacking is supported.
Why are they built to stack?
Because a life isn't one thing. Wealth, attraction, health, presence and everything else are meant to sit inside one coherent self-concept rather than fight each other, and these titles are constructed so that aligned identities cooperate instead of competing.
Most subliminals aren't. Run two from a typical producer and you get two sets of instructions pulling in different directions.
How should I build a stack?
Add one title at a time and give each new one a couple of weeks before adding the next. Keep the directions aligned — Master of Reality underneath everything, then whichever specific area you're working on.
Absolute Restorative Sleep is the easiest addition to any stack. It runs overnight and doesn't compete with a daytime identity.
Results
Can anything happen on the first day?
It's designed to. Each title is built to surface the easiest, most recognisable proof early rather than making you wait weeks for something dramatic.
First-day shifts are usually small and internal. Something not bothering you that normally would. A decision made without the usual deliberation.
How long before real change?
Give it 30 consistent days before you judge it, and 90 for the broader titles like Irresistible High Value Man or The Ascendant.
Does it stop working when the audio stops?
No. These are built so integration continues between listens — through your day, your conversations, your decisions, your rest and your sleep.
The listening is the input. The change happens across the whole week.
What does early evidence look like?
Small and specific, and easy to dismiss one at a time. You decline something and feel nothing. Someone treats you differently and you can't account for why. You catch your reflection and nothing tightens.
Write them down. Individually they're deniable. As a list at the end of a month they aren't. Journalling daily is the single best thing you can do alongside listening.
What if I don't notice anything?
Check three things: are you listening consistently, did you give your first title 14 clean days, and have you reached 30 days.
If all three are yes and nothing has moved, this may not be for you, and we'd rather you knew.
Do I have to do anything, or does listening handle it?
Listening changes what you're inclined to do. It doesn't do it for you.
These produce impulses — to send the message, take the opportunity, say the honest thing. The people who get the most are the ones who move when that arrives.
The audio
Why WAV instead of MP3?
MP3 compression permanently deletes audio information the encoder judges you won't miss. A subliminal is speech placed deliberately at the edge of perception, which is precisely the material that process targets.
Sell a subliminal as an MP3 and nobody can tell you how much survived. Every title here is uncompressed 24-bit PCM WAV at 48 kHz.
Are the voices real people?
Yes. Every voice layer is a real person speaking. Nothing is synthesised.
Why no binaural beats or Solfeggio frequencies?
No good evidence they improve suggestion uptake, and every tone competes with the voice. These contain speech and music, and nothing else.
Is the audio quality checked?
Every title is tested before release across studio headphones, cheap earbuds, phone speaker, laptop, Bluetooth speaker and car audio, plus a fatigue test at listening length. If it's harsh, unstable, or tiring over twenty minutes, it doesn't ship.
What exactly do I get?
An instant download with the music version and the silent version, both uncompressed 24-bit WAV, both loop-safe.
Buying and owning
Do I pay again when a title is updated?
No. Ever. When a title is rebuilt, the new version goes to everyone who owns it, free. How that works.
Is there a subscription?
No. One payment per title, yours permanently.
Do you offer refunds?
No, and we say so here rather than letting you find out at checkout. Once a digital file is delivered it can't be returned.
Instead there's a complete free title so you can judge the work before spending anything, and the guarantee that your purchase never becomes the old version. Nothing here affects your rights under the consumer law of your own country.
Which title should I start with?
Magnetic Confidence is free and built exactly the same way as everything paid.
For the foundation, Master of Reality. Otherwise use the buying guide.
Limits
Can I use one to influence a specific person?
No, and none are built for it. Nothing here changes another person's feelings, choices or behaviour, and no audio file can.
Aiming a title at one person also works against you — it rebuilds the exact scarcity most of the attraction titles are clearing.
Can I play one for someone else?
These are written for the person listening and only make sense that way. Playing one at somebody without their knowledge isn't something we support.
Will these treat a health or mental health condition?
No. These are personal development audio programs. They don't diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything and they are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
If you're dealing with a health condition, depression, anxiety, trauma or ongoing distress, work with a qualified professional. If you're in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. Adults aged 18 and over.
Still stuck?
Get in touch. If you're unsure whether a title fits, ask before you buy — sometimes the honest answer is that a different one, or a cheaper one, is the better choice.
